i would reduce the 5-on-5 if u really want to get results, shooting is ok tho,but if the 5on5 is a necessity like ure on a team or something, just do a lower body weights program, basketball is plyometric enough

Your going to need a lot more rest with that much 5-on-5 basketball and a program you would drain your cns like crazy. If you actually want to increase your vertical your going need to lower your full court basketball to maybe 2 days a week, if you desire 3 days a week you can. You would just need to only do a workout once a week, and that being a full body workout.

well i dont think i would hurt myself, but i do think there is a possibility of over training. Like i would do my plyos and weightlifting right after my 5-on-5 basketball while my muscles are still warm and stuff

do two days a week of lower body, maybe right after a full court game if you have a day to rest the next day. I do my VJB weights workout after all of our monday and friday games and I'm fine so far, I just make sure to take tuesdays and saturdays kinda easy.
