Default Help please

Hye mate,

does core training can add up to 8" in my vert jump? Do you think upperbody workout also help me to improve my vert jump?

how do we know that my core muscles are already strong?

Can you give me effective core exercises that can harden and strengthen my core muscles?

core training by itself will not add 8 inches good exercises for core are plancks, med ball slams, kettlebell/ dumbbell swings if you have a strong core you should be able to hold a front planck 2 and a half minutes

you should do yoga ball situps and russian twists they are good exercises

Thank you for the reply guys but where I can get a program that can assist me strengthening my core muscles?

Why do you think my six pack is not visible and clearly definition despite of the fact that I'm skinny and ectomorph kind of guy?

It has to do with your body-fat percentage. Lower that and your abs will be more visible. Diet plays a big role in visible abdominal muscles.
