thats why ure supposed to only do them in an advanced level..and super hops is like an addition to tvp,one of the bonus features

i heard this program is good my friend used it for 4 weeks and he says he gained good vertical inches i believe it was 3 or 4 im really not sure

ik, i was getting at that even tvp sucks, thats why you should just stick with a program thats made for your weaknesses(best idea) or go for vjb

Lol i have been doing vjb for a week and gained 2 inches but i was trying to get TVP and i know redsoxfan has it but i need 100 post or more so can anyone else give it to me

dude have u even seen tvp?its actually a pretty well constructed program,but its just that u have to be advanced,very commited and have access to a gym,and thats why i think ppl thrash it so much,cuz it somewhat doesnt have much flexibility

i peaked at it sometime ago, thats why ive been asking people just to send me it, im not gonna use it i just wanna refresh myself with how it is set up so i can give more of an opinion here

and from what i could remember, it wasnt set up all that great

i know what jumpsoles are now how do they work though and what makes ankle weights so bad i mean i ahve friends who use them all the time and they can jump not real well but they can jump.

jumpsoles make u use ur calves to hold urself up. stand on some steps with ur balls of ur feet on the edge of the step and the rest hanging off. n then u do exercises with them on. and ankle weights cause too much stress on the joints and ligaments n all that.
