Redsoxfan, actually, I play pick-up ball three to four times a week. Would it be ok to try Superhops then? And would it be ok to receive a copy of Superhops. If ankle weights are required, might have to looks for them, used them only sparingly before, I think they're five pounds each. I bought them so long ago so I can't remember. In case, that you advise me using the program, I'll just read through it as reference.

Still waiting for me to get into shape so I can start on VJB. My friend's using it (VJB), he gained three inches and he just finished the first phase of the beginners. He tells me what more if he finishes the whole thing. He did tell me though that I might get potential knee problems if I start on it with my current weight so Im still shedding off the pounds. And hopefully, I can add my other aspects of the game back rather than just being a spot up three ball shooter.

If it uses ankle weights isn't it really bad for your knees then?

guys holy shit seriously

stay away from the air alert or super duper hops or wtf its called, stay away from ankle weights all that

vjb
tvp

or, if your advanced enough, find a contrast or static spring proficiency or stiffness training program, its not that hard, stop goin wid these programs that promise the world

vjb, trains u phsyically and mentaly if you read the info in it, not sure bout tvp, i heard the only good thing bout it is the nutritional info, rest is pretty much common sense

ankle weights create micro tears, come on people, open up your eyes
