i started the vjb. i got 2 weeks in and had to stop cas basketball season. i mssed a week. shold i jus pick up from weere i lefto of from or wat

yeah pick up from the week you left off. it would make perfect sense, by the way is VJB any good wat type of workouts are in this prograM?
