Default Could you still become a two legged jumper?

Ok so before I started VJB Novice Weihts and Novice Plyos, my running one leg jump was the highest. My running two leg jump was about 3-4 inches lower than my running one leg jump. Could I still be a natural two leg jumper when I produce more strength from VJB?

Yea. Many NBA players can jump off both. Each one helps for different situations. But yea with more strength you could improve your two legged jump. It might feel awkward at first though.

Well to be a natural, it's all about limb lentghs, tendons, etc. But doing just novice weights you should see a good increase in your two legged jump

The best natural athletes can jump the exact same height off 2 and off 1 foot in my opinion. But ya it has to do with tendon length and what and your bone structure and what not

Could you be a natural two legged jumper instead of one? You could be but maybe not.

Could you improve your two legged jumping a lot (even higher then your one legged jump)? Yes!

And no your one and two legged jumps don't have to be the same. It's a lot easier to improve your two legged jump. There is some you can do for you one but not as much.

Actually, if you play a sport like basketball your one legged vertical is usually the highest-naturally

I noticed that I Jump about the same with 1 or 2 legs but for some reason when I jump off one foot it feels alot more effortless to get as high.

That is because, you dont put any "muscle" into one legged jumping. Its more fluid then 2.
