whats your research? u will calculate an average gains and assume u can get these inches?

Standing vert - 32
Running vert - 36
Bench press - 231 lbs

Yes, I believe that is what people do when they wan't to find an 'average' of something.

Can you please give me an estimate? Ima start VJB Novice Weights and Novice Plyos tomorrow.
past programs: 4 weeks of AA3
age: 15
height/weight: 6'1/162pounds
reach: 8feet
standing vert: 20 inches
running vert: 26 inches (can get 2 inches above the rim)
squat: starting tomorrow
deadlift: starting tomorrow
exp w/ olympic lifts? None
Can palm ball.

Lazarus, I knew you were smart, but you're a magician too? Jk. Anyway, live2ball, I've done three weeks (Phase I) of Novice Weights and Beginner Plyos and my standing vert went from 19" to 22.5". I've stopped the weights program because the school I go to now doesn't let us lift whenever we want. I'm gonna try to work a deal with my old school so I can go lift there. Anyway, bottom line, I gained 3.5" in a few weeks.

haha, umm i'm just goin to take a stab at this...
when ur done w/ the program:
Standing Vertical - 26"
Running Vertical - 32"
btw, are you a bilateral or unilateral jumper?

I'm a bilateral jumper. 5'9", reach 7'5", 16 years, 143 lbs, max DL 220 twice (before the program), max squat 180?(I did sets of 10 with 130 after warmup in my last squat workout), my standing vert was 19" on hardwood, and my running was 23-24 on concrete. 26" standing, 32" running after the program? I'm gonna vote you member of the month every time from now on...

lol, what's member of the month... if it has something to do w/ the rest of SBT i wouldn't know what it is... i just come here to visit and help w/ ur guys training... well that and to steal as many of you to TVS lol, jk... i really don't care who's site u use the most... just as long as ur learning and training.
