Lazarus, I knew you were smart, but you're a magician too? Jk. Anyway, live2ball, I've done three weeks (Phase I) of Novice Weights and Beginner Plyos and my standing vert went from 19" to 22.5". I've stopped the weights program because the school I go to now doesn't let us lift whenever we want. I'm gonna try to work a deal with my old school so I can go lift there. Anyway, bottom line, I gained 3.5" in a few weeks.

I'm a bilateral jumper. 5'9", reach 7'5", 16 years, 143 lbs, max DL 220 twice (before the program), max squat 180?(I did sets of 10 with 130 after warmup in my last squat workout), my standing vert was 19" on hardwood, and my running was 23-24 on concrete. 26" standing, 32" running after the program? I'm gonna vote you member of the month every time from now on...
