lol, it's kind of funny when i read this...anyway, yea, tvp kind of exagerrates many things, if you are a student, you are basically unable to follow all of what he says, you have to buy at least 10 kinds of supplements and swallow them before every workout...you
have to go to oxygen bar every week...you have to have a pool...you have to do very intense weights workouts...you can only eat fruits and vegetables for breakfast...you think you can follow all of these?
