Default Can I still start?

My season starts in about 2 weeks, would it be 2 late to start a VJ workout and go a few weeks into the season?

If your need your legs for the first few weeks then no I wouldn't start now. Of course if you are just sitting on the bench or something and never have to play or practice hard then you could. The one advantage to not playing is you might be the only guy on the team that can do some real hard training during the season and by the end of the season you can be much improved.

Eh, nope, nevermind then. I'm a starter and 3 of our first 5 games are against ranked teams...ANDDD we run a run-n-gun kinda offense, always moving lol.

Do weights, but no plyos, since you're doing plyos all the time when you play bball, you might end up overtraining. Weights are fine, as they shouldn't fatigue you much.
