Default Air Alert

Just to let everybody know i started week 5 yesterday, knees are 100% fine even better before started and my gains are acually good

The knee problem is more of a long term effect, although you might not get it. Not everyone gets knee problems from doing it, but I don't see why you would want to do it when VJB would get you better results without as much of a risk.

make fun of/insult you, i perosnally think aa helps stregthen your legs and would be good to do if you dont have acces to a gym sort of like a vj bodyweight program. Its always good to work your body in different ways but after 5 weeks of it it probably wont help you much further. you should try tvp since your already very advanced (if you have access to a gym)

I am going to start aa on monday, my mate has done it and he gained 12 inches or 30 cm's. When i asked him if his knees were ok he said that that was the the most random thing he had ever heard and that his knees were fine. Vjb is way too easy and aa3 definetley looks harder and better. if you don;t challenge urself u wont get gains, thats wat i say

omg does eny1 here know enything bout training. sure u mite not hurt urself but there is a good chance u will. hope u hav a good career in wheelchair basketball
