Yea not sure why you would say they are worthless, they still build muscle in your legs. Squats are better but Leg press is still good.

^^u need to hit the books cuz thats totally off track and just wrong

to the leg presses thing,why not do squats?like redsox sed wen are u ever sitting down to jump,while in the squat ure achieving greater activation of muscles of the prosterior chain and it mimics the motion of the jump

Find a good basic program to start with like power plyos or get high or anything else. another good program is , but nobody knows where to buy it.
Start off slow but make sure you are fully recoverd before starting a program ask the doctor first.
You will have ur hops back in no time.
