Simple questiion about VJB
Hello People. i've been away these days because of a horrible schedule of exams.
I finished VJB Phase II 2 weeks ago, and i didn't have the time to continue it until now
Is there a problem if i continue phase III 2 weeks after finishing Phase II?
BTW, last saturday i went to play basketball and my gains were awesome. A rim that long time ago i barely touched i can now grab with two hands. And the paradox is that now my only problem is that i jump so much with such power that last time i grabbed a ring i fell down because of the excessive impulse that made me let go the rim thus the fall.
Still i want to finish the program, i know i'll be doing some amazing dunks after finishing it
Thanks for the answers

Should be fine, if it's only two weeks off nothing'll have deteriorated and there's no reason you can't just pick it up where you left off.

You should be fine. If it was a long period of time then you would want to restart from the beginning but the two week break wont hurt you.

I think its actually even better that you made a pause, because that way your legs could rest a bit...

you can always pick up where you left but remember to do some exercises in your room like one legged squats
