first you need to test what category you fall into... read page 45-50. then test yourself... let me know your results and we'll go from there.

Ok,i read it...
I really liked the part on page 48 that said "Making it easy" lol! Im the type that can really get up with a running start from like 20 feet...so i need strength training right?!
2 give you more details,i can get my finger over the rim when i run and jump with 1 leg, and can touch the ring when i jump with both legs(but with 2 legs i dont need 2 start from 20ft,about 10ft is ok)...
And about "General leg strength",i cant go 2 the gym so i cant test my maximum squat(i kinda dont even know what it is)...is there any way 2 avoid this?!
