there are 25 upn charts i think not sure its been a while since i read it.

the idea of upn is to get as much work done in a shorter period of time, kind of like escalating density training.

ill message you.

yea first time i read tvp i was pretty dumbfounded 2

all tat upn stuff is nonsense if u can comprehend it or not
the way he hypes it up is laughable

as others hav already said the whole dietry stuff is just about getting healthier so u can b at peak performance 4 optinal results, after all he would hav to giv u the best after all his advertsing and marketting gimmicks he uses.

i dunno about the milk stuff, its pretty far fetched if u ask me,but he makes a pretty convincing case,im gonna let ma freind c it she's studying medical science at uni c wat she says

he has way 2 much upperbody stuff if u ask me,u dont need tat much for vert training

i am pretty sure about the window plan though i hav seen many things like that b4 in other training/programs and articles
he takes it 2 the extreme but lol

mainly all tat info he throws in is to get the best resukts possible.
like for example waking up early in the morning to train is cause the air is the cleanest then, some crap about oxygen levels i cant remember but its gud

it all makes sense if u know it

u dont need 2 go 2 extremes like tvp does, just follow some basic principles

Anyone done it and can vouch for certain aspects? I'd just rather not force myself to drink only juice for a week if I didn't have to.
Also UPN number, is that for each exercise? And where in it does it tell you about what weights to use? Oh and the fruit thing, is that really beneficial?

Sorry to ask so many questions but a lot of this isn't 100% clear and theres a lot of stuff he says.
fruits are number one, dont ignore this man!!!!!!!!!
