hey i was thinking about doing the VJB time efficency program. has anyone ever done it? Will it work as well as a regular plyos+strength vjb program? if it doesnt are there any other good programs that dont require much time?
u wont get the same gains as if u were doing one that took more time, but u will still see some nice gains. i dont think eny1 on here has done it but if u dont have much time its probably the best option.
