Default Spring Back Insoles

Hey

My friend told me that spring bac insoles only add the 2-3" to your vert if you jump once then straight away jumping up again will give you the extra 2-3" but you won't get the gain on the first jump. Its a bit confusing but thats what he said.

IS this true?? as if it is i wnt get them

thanks

It depends on how explosive you are. tehy are basically like springs right? so the more power you are able to output the more effective they will be.

I got a probelm with ordering tho. i got my dad to order them but i keep coming up with errors like transactions cannot be made and stuffs like taht.

wow, shin splints are harsh.

i cant get them simply because 1) my parents probably wouldnt allow it and 2) i dont know by what size they go after, like i said in a differrent thread, their size 9 might equal a size 10 nike or something =/

if they are too big you can cut them...

and why wouldnt your parents allow it? it has no downsides. it prevents shin splints, make you stronger and the list go on...

just pay for them yourself

Hi Blacksheep

They never did a damn thing for me either other than make my shoes slippery to play in. I have recently been pondering ordering another pair but quite frankly, fool me once shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me.
