also u should do ure pushups explosively,and when ure not challenged by it anymore its time to move on to a more challenging exercise and dont just go from doing 50 straight to doing 100 cuz then ure just training muscle strength endurance

i agree, once you've hit 50... move onto clappers (form of plyo pushups)... there are tons that you can do w/ just ur body weight... be a man n try planche pushups lol

yeah, i threw that in cause i know 90% of the youngings here don't know what they are... so they are goin to go youtube them up and be like WTF! lol

I think I once was able to do two planches in a row... maybe it was more like one and a half

Wow you can do planches? I can't even hold the static planche position. I'm only at the 2nd progression where your legs are tucked in and only your palms are supporting your body.

lol i tried a min ago and thats about what i can do i cant keep my legs straight lol

I really can't keep my legs straight either, and it's probably the ugliest planche you have ever seen.

Haha I'm trying to hold the 2nd static position for a minute to move on to the 3rd progression.
