Default Handles and Dribbling

Hey STB,

My ball season just ended (I live in Brasil, different schedules) and now im going to start working on some aspects of my game.

The first thing i want to work on is ball handling. I got really rubbish handles, and I need help improving it.

I know many sites like:
http://www.coachesclipboard.net/VideoClips.html
and
http://www.basketball-drills-and-pla...ling-tips.html

Which have great drills, but I need help choosing which ones are more effective, and to chose things like Reps/Time to do each.

Anyone know any place I could find things like that? (Ball handling programs, that is)

Thank you,

Beto3k3

Well there's the "Skip to my Lou program" and "crazy handles program:

I personally recommend the crazy handles one. i used it before and it's pretty effective.

ya probably but i didn't use skip's one because i don't have that much time to spend. if u've got time to spend, do skip's workout. if you don't just do the crazy handles one. good luck
