Jumpsoles question?!

Can somebody tell me more about jump-soles?! And can i just play ball in them 2 increase my vert or what?

nah i wouldnt play ball in them maybe shoot around in them but I would fear hurting my ankle if I used them in a fast game because there not that easy to run around in like basketbal shoes. Just do normal plyo routines like from tvp or vjb in them. I just got them last week and there pretty fun to use.

eh a lot of ppl say they like to warm up in them, I dont anyway so it doesn't matter just do the exercises it tells you to do in the dvd it comes with, no need to play or practice in them.

the exercises for em are easy to find. i think they are on jumpusa or sumtin. i have them pronted off somewhere. dont waste money buying them, they are easy enough to make for much cheaper

there only 70$ big deal plus im sure any shoe you end up making wont be as good, although if you go to vertcoach.com they show u how 2 make them. You can get a program called phi slama jama for free and your supposed to use jumpsoles in the program. But u can even do vjb plyos in them as well, in tvp it says to do the exercises in jumpsoles if you can, so you really dont need a program taliored to them. Also like i said they come with a dvd and little booklet to track how your program is going.

they are a rip off for what they are. i have the thing that shows u how to make them. they all do the same thing and u will gain the same, the only difference is the ones u make dont have spots to put in the proprioceptors or wateva they are called.

w/e i doubt they will be as good but 70$ is nothing thats half the price of good basketball shoes. I would call $300 for a jump program a rip off.

yeh it is and i hav it for free. plus he lives in serbia so thats gonna cost a bit for shipping and if he wants a dvd instead of a book that costs more as well as if he wants proprieceptors they cost more too. and hes got to get his money converted to american so its just not worth all the trouble. the ones u make work fine but i think madprops should just use vjb. if he doesnt have it ill send it 2 him

no the dvd came with it i bought it at a store no shiping, your thinking of an advanced speed program. I dont care if you but em or not i would just rather have these than shoes with gym mats glued to the bottom.
