jumpsoles look good for strengthening the calves. i might try them one day. im gonna make my own. they also help stability if u use the proprioceptors. the super secret exercise is only to be done if u are at an advanced level of vertical training and jump and u need to make sure u warm up and cool down properly using the deep heat. they can be very useful if u are advanced and u can gain a few inches in a week using them. but dont become reliant on them. do them say one week every month incorporated in to a jump program. but remember its only if you are advanced

but on the schedule it says 3x a week, i tried doing the exercise today and it worked my achilles and calves really well. I really like the jumpsoles so far their even kind of fun to use.

no i just do what i feel are the best exercises i do a lot of broad jumps, depth jumps, bounding, step ups ect. But I also like to put a focus on one legged stuff cuse im a unilateral jumper and my vertical leap is more important to me than the vj. But I think it says to do it in conjunction with a program.
