Default vjb exercises (URGENT!!!)

hey guys, i have to do vjb bodyweight soon. im starting phase 2. ive looked at the exercise descriptions in vjb and couldn't find how to do a few exercises. they are stationary squat jumps, are these the same as jump squats?, i need to also know how to do side to side twisting lunges and alternating step up jumps. i need the descriptions urgently!! thanks!

1)stationary squat jumps r the same as jump squats
2)side to side twisting lunges,im not suree about this one,is it like the cross body off box lunge, but without the platform u put one leg on??
i googled it but couldnt find anything
sorry i dont hav time 2 try anything else
3)alternating step up jumps r like the ones in air alert,or vjb begginer plyo's, phase 2
its when u hav one leg bent 90 degrees on a chair or platform, and u push off that elevated leg and in the air switch,so the opposte leg is on the platform.

So does anyone know how to do the side to side twisting lunge? And 1 more question, is the alternating lunge similar to the slow tempo lunge just that you do it quicker and with alternating legs??

I see. So you did the rhythmic alternating lunge jumps. OK I'm going to do that too Did you just cross out the twisting lunge?
