I did about 8 good weeks ov TVP(supplements, lift everyday, nutrition, and all of it) and got a good 5-6 inches...

I could barly dunk before and now I can dunk without warming up and I can do a clean 180, clean 2 handed, and dunk off both one leg and 2

Did you stop after the eight weeks? Did the training seem to start to plateau? Did you have any prior training? Am I asking too many questions? lol

By the time ur advanced enough to do Tvp you will have to work pretty hard for inches because u will not get any beginner inches.

Ballin33 got 6 inches in 8 weeks... Maybe since TVP's training is so unconventional and different than other programs, users might get some kind of "newbie inches," just because the body might be shocked by the new type of training.

yes u would get shocked but u could also get hurt if u are new to training. its a very hard program and can cause a fair bit of shock to the body if u aren't experienced
