hey guys, dont get angry. none of us were perfect and knew where everything was wen we came here either, so just help him out. ok iversonfan, basicly there are a few programs u need to know about. vjb-vertical jump bible, tvp-the vertical project, gmv-get max vertical, jump experts, and athletic advantage. ok, they are the main ones u hear about on here. oh and aa-air alert, but as u already know, dont ever do it.
1.vjb is for all levels, it would be the best one for you.
2.tvp is for the advanced, u need to be able to squat 1.5x your bodyweight and have previous weight and plyometric training. u need to have atleast a 30-35 inch vertical jump before you start. if your wondering what plyometrics are, they are basicly explosive exercises that help ur reactivity and how quick and fast u jump, they make your jump higher and u run faster too.
3. gmv is a plyometric based program as far as i know. i havent read it for a long time but it is better to do along with a good weight or bodyweight program, but the plyometrics in it are good.
4. jump experts is a good way to learn more about jump training. it isnt really a program but shows u great ways to train.
5. athletic advantage is good. i dont own it but i have heard good things about it. i have been told its a good program that gets good gains but vjb is still a little bit better.
6.there are many other programs out there. someone mentioned dunknow earlier. its a dud. doesnt work very well and is just a bunch of random exercises put together. there are many other ones like this. the 5 programs i have told you about are the best ones out of all the jump programs out there.
by the way, once you have 100 posts, pm me and ask for whatever program u want and give me your email address and ill send u the ones i can.

hope that helps
