how much xtra will u gain with 1 pound 1s doing novice plyos (vjb)

First off,
there is no way of telling how many inches you'll gain by doing a certain training schedule before hand.
Don't buy into programs that tell you you'll gain "8-16 INCHES IN 6 WEEKS", because the gains are different for every single person and situation.

Second.
Do NOT use ankleweights when doing plyometric excercises.
They'll mostly damage the ligaments and joints of your lower body and might even ruin your technique.
Just focus on doing the plyometric excercises as explosive and intense as you can and you'll do fine.

If you want to gain extra inches, lift weights, you'll get them in the long run.

dont use ankle weights they hurt u. only use them for superhops and that is for when u are advanced

Don't use ankle weights, i've heard many ppl using them going through there ankle a lot more often. It will kinda weaken your ankle
