weights will help more as long as u hav access to them

no it doesnt. weights and plyos is always better than bodyweight and plyos

i choose body wieght bcos i have only a pair of dumbell in ma house T_T.
some excercise are very confused maybe someone can help me?
I'll by another dumbell when i finish dis session.

my standing and running vert is 24 inches. l'm probably gonna start on the weights like next week.

Any program using bodyweights is good so that yo body does not get too used to adding loads.
