Default Window Plan

This is not a thread to discuss TVP. I was just wondering if anyone has used the Window Plan from it and asking how it worked. Any response would be appreciated.

the only things i remember is you can't drink milk; you have to consume
AT LEAST KINDS OF SUPPLEMENTS BEFORE EXERCISE, and all those exagerrated nonsense talks; well some of them (not much) are helpful. i think you should just read it but don't use it.

That's bull. Milk has a lot of protein when enough is consumed. Also creatine is really dangerous. It can cause u to stop producucing a chemical your body should produce naturally.

Creatine is not dangerous. The human body relies on creatine as one compound to supply energy to mucle and nerve cells. Without it, you would eventually be paralyzed, your heart muscles would stop working, your breathing muscles would fail, and you would die. Creatine is perhaps the most widely studied performance enhancement dietary supplement in history. Not one peer-reviewed, double-blind study has definatively shown creatine to be dangerous in healthy individuals. I say "healthy", because if you have a pre-existing kidney problem, it is probably unwise to consume anything that puts extra stress on the kidneys. However, creatine supplementation is perfectly safe in healthy individuals when taken in the recommended dosages , and is even now being actively prescribed by some physicians to treat a variety of neurological conditions such as Alzheimer's, etc. If creatine was dangerous, no one would eat red meat, because it contains significant levels of the compound.

x2 most of the people here who say creatine is dangerous know very little about it

I've only been lifting (seriously) for about 5 months. When should I start taking creatine?

how old are you? a lot of people say 18 to be safe, just make sure you drink a lot of water while you take it, and no more than 5 grams a day there will probably be a little scooper in the jar that measures 5grams out for you.

I'm a few weeks from 16. I've went through some puberty (I hope I'm not done since I want to get taller, but I may be). I guess I should play it safe and stay away from it?

I dont really know, the reason I'm not sure its because they havn't done much testing on under 18 year olds. if you really want to be safe ask your doctor. But creatine isnt a dangerous thing at all its made up of amino acids there are small amounts of it in meat, Im just being cautious advising a 16 year old to take it cuse im not a doctor but there are tons of 16 year olds taking it. I took it when i was 18 and felt no side affects just increased stregnth and muscle. Do some research and make your own decision.
