no insult to ajing but do not do that program that is overtraining because there is to much leg work and not enough rest days.

do vjb rest 10 -15 minutes then do some sprints. and hope too much lactic acid does not build up.

yeh i realised that. thats y i sed at the end u culd do less coz plyometrics make u faster anyway

bingo, can be done in many forms... biking, running, eliptical, etc... any Qs ask.
