im right handed and you know that stretch where you touch ur feet standing up with out bending ur legs with the opposite hand ? (left hand to right leg, right hand to left leg) how come it hurts when i get right left hand to touch my right foot i mean it strains more on the right foot more than the left. You know?

that leg may have less flexible hamstrings limiting your reach, do some jogging or sprinting before exercising.and some other stretching before that stretch.

theres people that may never get abs no matter how hard you train, so i cant answer that, here is i sixteen week program on this site somewhere. and all those protein bars may add mass to you which is what you want to avoid in vertical jump training, you may use a little creatine and maybe get an inch.
