no,it wont,if anything itll be better for you if u try to lengthen ure spine young, because not only can u get taller, but also ure preventing the vertebrae of your spine from bundling up on each other, which will only get more stuck together as you get older, thats basically what a chiropractor does, they try to let your vertebrae loose

For Novice Weights on Barbell Split Squats 4x8.
Do I do one leg 4x8 than the other?
How much percent of my heaviest squat should I use on barbell split squats?

For Novice Plyos
On the 1,2,3 jump do I do it like this if Im jumping off my left leg: Take left step, right step, and jump as high as I can of my next left step?

Please help me. My next workout is very soon.

hi! yesterday i started VJB Intermediate STRENGHT focused program. Frequency is 2 weight sessions + 1 plyo per week. Is it necessary to do plyometrics, if i train basketball 2-3 times per week and dunk for 1 hour on the plyometrics day? and have u noticed there are 2 VJB`s. one is 952kb and other ir 777kb. there is a diference in sets and reps in some workouts. one says i have to do 2x10 leg squats, other - 3x10....? it`s not a big difrence but anyways..

on your schedule you do not have to do plyos because you are already jumping. anyways basketball by itself is a plyometric exercise.
