hey u guys..i have a question about the bodyweight and beginners plyo workout in the vertical jump bible...if i do them on the same day, should i....
do them directly after each other or
do bodyweight..wait an hour or two..then do plyos
also should i do both of these two or three times a week?

what i did is plyos first in the morning then bodyweight in aftern.
try your best to follow its order, it is not going to hurt you, isn't it? but sometimes i just can't, like for the first phase, i have to do the bodyweight squat first cause i wouldn't have any energy left if i do it last.
if you do them both, two times a week, at least 24 hour rest in between

well i just emailed kelly and he said it is ok to do them right after each other as long as i did plyos first

one legged squat is the best. It is so intense, u will be up there in a short while.

does hanging on a pole real make u taller?? cause i really find it hard to believe. and if it s true there is also some exercise that make your fingers longer?

hanging from a pole might stretch your spine and get an inch. i dont think you can make your fingers longer.
