Little question about bodyweight Phase II
Hello people
just have one question, because i want to be sure. In the burnout complex, how do you do the "alternating step up jumps"?
You have to do it in a similar way you did the one leg step up jump in the novice plyometric section (that's actually what confuses me since it should be a bodyweight exercise, not a plyometric one)?
Any help would be most welcome
