hold on, so if springbak insoles reduces fatigue, does that mean it also reduces the workout ur getting? like if ur doing plyos, it doesn't make ur legs as tired as they shud be after the workout so you won't get any good gains, is this true?

They aren't for working out in. You are dumb if you are. They are for playing in, so they reduce injury and they don't increase your vertical, they increase how high you jump after a small jump. They are like 1/16 of an inch trampolines in your shoe.

I'm getting me a pair tomorrow, should be here in 3 days (allegedly). I'll let you all know exactly what kind of a difference they make.

I hate to bump something from page two, but I promised I'd write when I got em. I've been doing VJB so my vert fluctuates (fatigue state to being healthy). I just took a day fully off (and I only played for like 2 hours saturday), so in todays game I can test these insoles out. I figure I'll go with how high my vert was on wed and see the variance. I'll repost here after tonights game (4:30-6ish, then I workout, so it should be around 7:30 or 8).
I JUST got them btw so I haven't used them at all yet. We'll see.
EDIT I tried em out. Noticed no visible difference. They didn't kill my hops, didn't help em. I think they're kinda comfy and can't hurt with shin splints, but then aint no magic 3 inch vert increasers neither.
