I think with two insoles i would not even be able to fit my feet in, I got nike zoom bbs and they fit pretty tight everywhere. I'll check on the website again about you having to put them under your current insoles.

yea i was gonna ask that question.. and also someone said that if u wear sprinkbak with shock absorbing shoes like shox or bounce they wont work? what kind of shoes do they work the best with?

i think just normal runners that have a hard sole.
