Air Alert 3
Im starting Air Alert week 3 today. Im 5'7" I started off touchin rim, grabbin rim on good days, and now im grabbin the rim down easy. My left knee was already messed up before i started air alert and now on week 3 my knee feels a lot better. I wear a knee brace while i do all of the excercises and cancel the excersice squat hops out all together. I also sit down and just ice the knee a lot. Most of the people i asked abt who have knee problems did not buy air alert 3 but just downloaded online. I think they have the problems because they do not see how to do the excerises correctly and strecht right.
Can people just post there gains from Air Alert and how do you think I will come out of the program at the end.

Re: Air Alert 3
Maybe if you lowered the repetitions and still worked on it you would be able to dunk, but your knee problem may worsen...
But yea, at 5'7" and grabbing rim on a good day you should be able to dunk

Re: Air Alert 3
STOP air alert now, even if u dont get injured, and u do make gains u r wasting ya time when u could b doing a much better program like vjb, athletic advantage or gmv.
U may feel aight now,but later on tat could all change. And if u didnt know the number of people tat have fucked themselves and their goals up using air alert outnumber the ones who have gotten good results wif it.
Sure,u took out the squat hops, but it's not the actual excersice its the frequency tats the problem.
Ive been through aa and i know ok,i was once at ya stage.
and seeing u as u have prio knee injuries ya increasing ya chnaces of getting injured more.
Oh and listen to redsoxfan15 ok he knows his stuff better than anyone else on this forum.

Y even bother when u got programs like vjb, jump experts, athletic advantage, gmv and tvp, they got way better gains and people dont get injured doing em provided they do it properly and r u up to the standards unlike air alert where the vast majority of people who try it fuck themselves up.
As u learn more about jump training u will understand.

just cause he can get rim dont mean he's ready 4 tvp,i say vjb all the way bro.i know dozens of people tat can grab rim but would really struggle(and i mean really struggle) to get through even vjb begginer plyo's.
wat about his reach???
Just focus on vjb now its too hard 2 explain tvp to newbs.
