Default VJB Training Order

So tommorow i am doing novice weights and beg plyos. I havent done them on the same day yet so im wondering if somebody who has done it has a preferance on which one to do first. Should i do weights in morning and plyos in afternoon or vice-versa?

You want your CNS to be 100% recovered for plyos, for weights that's not as important. You might lift a little less weight but the effect from plyos will be much better and will benefit you more.

Also, plyos won't affect your CNS as much, as you shouldn't be that fatigued from them. Weights have a much bigger effect on it.
