jup go for it again, but be more careful this time. careful does not mean not going hard, its just means listen to your body and try to figure out what hurts (if it hurts) etc.

I HAD TO REVIVE THIS THREAD because I didn't wanna make a new one, and my back started hurting like a bitch yesterday, I did everything right and slowly but fucn annooying/

When I just started I did just beginner plyos too. The only thing that hurt is my butt not lower back.

I did beginner plyos last year, the first two phases are exhausting and hard, especially I did it with bodyweights, my whole body was sore. But I don't think it should be that serious if you are only doing plyos without weights/bodyweights.

you should stop.

put it this way, if you don't you might end up not playing again.

it's a back injury so it's not worth the effort trying to battle through because you wont.
