i am bout to quit AIR AlERT 4 to do this, but the problem is i dont know what half the excercises look like or how to do them! i was given this on the forum:

btw, i am 15, 6 feet and 135lbs and can only get the bottom of the rim on a good day, i am on air alert 4 fifth week now...
