say your playing in the right hand post you turn and face take 2 dribbles with you left hand pick it up with your right hand and take 1 right hand dribble to the basket.

u know how this is jump training and hop exercises. there is a new members area where u should probably tell every1 who u are. this should probably be in general streetball or the moves section.
