if you become to flexible does it decrease your vert ???

is to much streching bad for you? i stretch for 30 mins when i wake up and stretch for 30 mins when i go to sleep

no it is not bad for you. do it after working out or a few hours before if you must.

redsoxfan tell me why becoming to flexible will decrease your vert becuase the more flexible you are the shorter the strtch shortening cycle is which will make you jump higher??

stretching is not bad for vertical jump , actually it can help increase your jump, as long as your not doing splits and stuff. also the whole stretching thing only applies to sprinters , they do not want to be doing splits and stuff. also streching is good for agter working out not before.
