How do you measure the hight of your VJ?
How do u measure the hight of ur vertical jump? is it like u stand next to a wall and with tape or a pen mark how high u can reach on ur feet. then jump as high as u can and measure it, and the measure in between those 2 jumps to get ur jump?

yep that how. u can do it with chalk and mark where u reach too. or at ur skool in the stadium there will probably be a think to measure ur vj on the wall

we got one of those things at our gym but it only goes up ta 24 inchs which is no use lol

they normally go up to 100 cm ( around 40 inches)

haha our school has one..somewhere. cant find it.
usually we just got like boards with 1cm marks on them in our gym walls. they go to 3m, and we got one also that goes to 3.5m so i just use that =/

yea we gots one in our school(chris)i nearly finished da whole thing once, but then again i got long arms and it aint much anyway prob only like 70-80cm
