As some of you have known i created a topic recently on my calf training program which is going very well.
Now I'm concerened about my arms. They look like cylinders with nothing. Same as my calves, I have to flex my arms to give it that look.
I don't have access to a weight room. But I have a couple of old 10 Pound weights that I lift everyday. Yeah really, I need to give them that look. (With the bumps and s***) they need a total workout. Any help?
