hey, so im starting vjb bodyweight and beginner plyos tomorrow. im going to do those heel walks every 2nd day, i heard u can gain 4 inches in 8 weeks wiv em. after the first month of vjb i think i will start using creatine. i want to gain 8 inches so i can touch he ring. by the end of the 3 months i will have grown another inch or 2 as well. how much do u think i will gain on my vert if i do what i sed. plz no newbs answer coz u all say shit lyk, ' u will gain better if u use weights' and 'do gmv'. so plz only answer if u know what ur talking about

EDIT: oh and i forgot to say my current vert is around 24 inches ( 60 cm's)
