Default Alright

As some of you have known i created a topic recently on my calf training program which is going very well.

Now I'm concerened about my arms. They look like cylinders with nothing. Same as my calves, I have to flex my arms to give it that look.
I don't have access to a weight room. But I have a couple of old 10 Pound weights that I lift everyday. Yeah really, I need to give them that look. (With the bumps and s***) they need a total workout. Any help?

ok lets see. do 2x30 bicep curls. 2x40 tricep lift thingys. do 2 minutes of wrist curls. lift the weight up on ur sides and hold em for 5 sec and then lower slowly and do that 10 times. 2x30 shoulder presses. and wherever u go squeeze a tennis ball. ( it helps ur grip strength and gets u stronger wrists and forearms
try and do that every 2 days or every dayu. just whenever u can. and do lots of pushups with ur legs up on a lounge or chair. that was just of the top of ma head but i hope it helps
