man do some other exercises. iv done that before and it really hurs but u gotta do sum other stuff lyk calve raisers and lunges and squats

i just stopped all together, my knee is almost fixed now, but im preety sure my finger on my right hand (dribbling hand) is broken now =\, oh well, a lot of time off....

has anyone tryd that grease the grove thing how you do a exercise like pushups, pullups,pistl squats, or jumping like 3-5 times once every hour for like a week? i rekn it would work i was thinking bwt trying it with pushups

it works, its good way to do it is chin ups. u put a chin up bar in a room u would go in probably 50-100 times a day and every time u go in that room u do 5 chinups. u get much stronger much faster and have more energy than if u were doing it all in a row

what if u dont have acces to squats?i dont have that in my gym here in saudi but i have acces to deadlifts and dumbells and calf raises.....does trendmill help with ur vert?

you can do bodyweight pistol squats without access to weights. As for treadmill, i wouldn't rely on it.
