Wat beep test and im pretty sure this is in the wrong place

Running 2 leg: Not sure probly around 30
Running 1 leg: not sure probly around 24 or 25

My guess is that he's talking about the test you make for physical endurance


is that right?

8.6 i think. i hate the beep test tho but i still got a high score. i just finished downloading it. i gotta practice it so i get better next time

i've never done beep test before, is it for oxygen intake or something? how to do it?
