Default pool plyo's

i heard that pool plyos (the one in tvp) is supposed to be part of a recovery type routine but at the same time a workout so you think i will gain any inches by doing it after i complete gmv?

is it really worth my time?

u do the pool plyos with depth drops ( think thats what there called). they are where u drop from a height a bit higher than ur vert and land on the balls of ur feet.

oh cause i thought that pool plyos was part of the program in tvp and like every 5 weeks you do them or something like that so i was just wondering if i could put it into my schedule and gain some inches from it

u could put them in ur schedule with the depth drops, but make sure have lots of recovering time or u will get injured

is it absolutely necessary to include death drops with the pool plyos to gain inches


and how many inches can i realistically expect from death drops/pool plyos

im not sure but i think u have too, otherwise normal lyos are better. and the depth drops/ pool plyos u could probably gain 3 inches in a few weeks

ya i already did a real plyo program but and now my knees are kind of bad so i was wondering if i could just do some pool plyos and gain

but anyway do you have to be advanced to gain and what do you consider advanced??

the whole of tvp is advanced, i think advanced is being able to jump atleast 30 inches but around 35 is good i think

so is it beneficial to just do the altitude drop cause i think my standing vert is around 29 inches or is it better to do the whole tvp first then when it seem like im at my max do the altitude drops

oh and are super hops effective or are they dangerous?

super hops are beneficial but they can be dangerous. u need 2 use deep heat and massage ur Achilles tendon. u also cant do them often. but u can gain 3 inches in a week with them. if ur doing depth drops u have to do pool plyo with them. u cant be doing any normal plyos.
