yea just do ya weights aye and make sure u get enough rest.u get enough plyometric type activity playin ball in a regular season so there is no need to do more,u could get injured.if u got weak knees dpont push em 2 much, and wear a brace or sumfin look into getting ya knees better. in the regular season peolpe who play lots of high intesity ball like pro level athletes,they do not need plyometric type training in the season as they get enough of it in there games all they need is wieght training to stay conditioned and all...
if u can mange some plyos then do it but dont streess yaself to much
