Default upper body?

Doing VJB plyo and strength on monday and thursday. Want to do upper body strength training also. What do you guys recommend me to have on the sets and reps to build muscles for basketball? :P

I already have an own program i just want to know how many reps and sets i should do for every excersice to build muscles for basketball.
