i have answered this one hundreds of times, we cant tell you average gains for plyos because everyones different, we really cant even guess. but probably during the 12 weeks you will get beetween 3 to 6 inches.

yeh like he said and like i said one time there is a guy in one of these threads askin bout what to do now since he was done with plyos he gained 8inches in the 12 week period.

i was one of the ppl asking bout it lol. i have absolutely no idea how to do em. im starting vjb on monday. if i cant figure em out ill just skip em. it wont make me gain much less

yea plyos will get u at least 4 icnhes to ya vert and wif da doyweight leg strengh even more.im saying at least 4 inches cause i got like 3-4 after only 8 weeks of vjb begginer plyo's

aj im sure u should do every exercise otherwise it wont work out 2 well for u everythin has to be done the way it says

you may be skipping an exercise that may lead to muscular inbalances, so do as many as you can.

lol im gonna try and figure it out but if i get muscular imbalances then whoop de doo ill hav a higher vert and muscular imbalences
