You will gain a lot more doin plyos and bodyweight 2gether plus if u r doin both u do it just 2 times a week if u are doin one u do it 3 times and dude bodyweight is very very demandin its hard ass man no joke bodyweight will takeu bout 50mins and plyos 20 mins an hour 20 and u should be done with both of them one times 4 sure but bodyweight is hard no jokes.

And average gains i aint sure i remember rangrid sayin it but i 4got like 8inches with plyos alone thats for 12 weeks and like after 12weeks of both should be like 12-14 inches but bodyweight is hard worth it though i would say.

i dont think u would get 8 inches of plyos. it just depends on ur strength base. with both i think u could get 10 inches. thats almost a foot of vertical jump in 3 months. its really worth it. im starting vjb on Monday

Ohh yeh and aj do you know how to do this excersies cause me and a few other guys on my thread (VJB Really Frustrating!) are tryin 2 figure it out skyhigh has contacted kelly bagget but he hasnt answered yet i started it last week and i couldnt fugire out how to do that one on the bodyweight section so help plz

Cross Body off box lunge- With a slightly narrower than shoulder-width stance, stand on
top of a 12 to 18 inch step or block. Make sure there's extra floor space on the sides. With
one leg, step down and behind you and across the body to the floor. Next, push with the
elevated foot so that the "crossed-under" foot can return to shoulder-width position on the
step.

its not explained properly. dont get it.

Thnx
